Delivery Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

We ship all of our packages through USPS. All orders are insured and traceable by tracking number.

 

We produce in low quantities, so each piece is made in detail to focus on quality. I make each piece manually so that delivery times may vary depending on each product, between 3 to 14 days.

 

Once orders are shipped, the carrier may take between 2 and 3 business days. Please make sure all contact and shipping information is correct. Please note that shipping time may vary once it is in the hands of USPS.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

This option is only for people who live in Boston, MA, or near-by areas. To specify the time and place to collect your product, you can message me through social media or email at info@basicomacrame.com.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

Our products are always made with conscience and great importance to quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of receipt. Any changes will be based on availability and, if necessary, will be made through USPS.

In order to return a product, it must be in perfect condition, well-packaged, and sealed. Customers are responsible for the cost of return or exchange shipping. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the product is found to be faulty before it is shipped.

The return process is subject to verification of the product upon receipt by us. To initiate the process of returns and exchanges, please contact us at info@basicomacrame.com.

 

Basic Macramé does not make changes or returns for:

 

• Damage due to misuse.
• Damage due to improper use, lack of care of the piece, or activities other than those planned.
• Normal wear and tear of the product.

If all the conditions for the return or exchange of the product are met, the total value paid will be refunded or the part will be exchanged within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.

DAMAGE PROPERTY

 

Basic Macramé is not responsible for any damage or loss after delivery of the merchandise to the carrier. If you receive damaged products, please let us know immediately. Relevant documentation must be retained for us to file a claim.
